What We Do
Rent, Mortgage, and Utility Assistance
We provide rent, mortgage and utility assistance to applicants that meet the income and financial hardship criteria. Assistance is granted on a case by case basis. Also, funds are limited and approval for assistance is not guaranteed.
We provide assistance to the following areas: Tennessee in the counties of Shelby, Fayette, Tipton; Arkansas in the county of Crittenden; Mississippi in the counties of Desoto, Marshall, Tate, and Tunica.
Rental Subsidy Assistance
The rental subsidy program is used to help qualifying low income individuals and/or families obtain decent, safe, sanitary and affordable rental housing in the private rental housing market.
The participants are free to find their own housing in the following areas: Tennessee in the counties of Shelby, Fayette, Tipton; Arkansas in the county of Crittenden; Mississippi in the counties of Desoto, Marshall, Tate, and Tunica.
